What the Kentwood area covers
The Kentwood ZIPs span the southeast side of the metro from 28th Street down past 60th, including the developments off 52nd Street. It's a drive-everywhere suburb, close to the airport and the M-6 beltway, with the kind of price spread that lets a first purchase and a move-up live in the same district. The eastern and southern edges are where the Forest Hills and Caledonia overlaps show up, so those are the addresses I check most carefully.
Rather than trust the MLS 'school district' field, I build the search around the assigned buildings and confirm each against the district boundary lookup.

A 2-bed condo or townhome runs about $185,000 to $240,000, a 1950s-60s mid-century ranch $250,000 to $315,000, a 1990s-2000s four-bed two-story $340,000 to $440,000, and new construction $425,000 to $550,000. That full ladder inside one district is the city's defining feature.
