What the Grandville area covers
The district serves the built-out City of Grandville and the southwest corner of Wyoming. Grandville is compact and walkable for a suburb, with the metro's largest retail district at RiverTown Crossings and a 12-minute I-196 run downtown. The Wyoming panhandle that feeds Grandville schools is the southwest slice of that city, which trips up out-of-town buyers who assume a Wyoming address means Wyoming schools.
Because of that overlap, I build the address list around the assigned buildings and confirm each one against the district's boundary lookup, rather than trusting the MLS field.
What homes in the Grandville area cost
A condo or townhome runs about $240,000 to $295,000, a 1950s-to-1970s ranch on the north side $260,000 to $330,000, an updated 3-bed ranch or bungalow $300,000 to $375,000, and a 1990s-to-2010s four-bed two-story $400,000 to $525,000. Newer modern builds reach $450,000 to $700,000. The district holds value across that whole ladder, which is part of why demand stays firm.

More on the Grandville area
Grandville is a built-out city seven miles from downtown Grand Rapids where the school district posts real numbers and the freeway commute is a non-event. I keep landing buyers here with more square footage and a shorter drive than they walked in expecting.
